Our Team.
We are a multi-faceted team of medical, health & wellness, and education-focused professionals who, like you, are sick & tired of being sick & tired. Our team is comprised of individuals who have encountered myriad negative experiences with the medical and food systems, both as patients and professionals. The lack of support patients receive around nutrition, health literacy, exercise, and even just clarity around their lab work (i.e. A1C, blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.) has left many of us disenchanted with "healthcare" as we know it. Unfortunately, our system is tailored more towards treatment of dis-ease.
We create an empowering experience for any individual wishing to embark on the journey of lifestyle change and do so in a judgment-free environment with a team of professionals walking alongside them on this journey. A journey emphasizing autonomy in your lifestyle choices. A journey that embraces a more wholistic approach to living, a more mindful path through life that embraces the goal of increased "health span" for themselves, their loved ones, and even the planet.

BSN, RN: Co-Founder, Functional Nurse & Chronic Disease Program Manager
Have you ever been told by your doctor “I don’t know how to help you” or “I don’t know what is wrong with you” or "it's just in your head". I have! By multiple doctors for different health issues across different stages of my life.
At 18, I was diagnosed with chronic migraine. At 23, severe esophagitis, gastritis and duodenitis. And at 32, struggles with infertility. All of these diagnoses led to many specialist visits and countless prescription medications offering little-to-no improvement yet a plethora of side effects. The one common factor that led me to controlling my symptoms and taking back control of my life…Holistic Health.
Hello! My name is Caitlin, and I am my own patient zero for why I am on this journey. I want to take my experience as a patient and as a Registered Nurse, and bridge the gap between eastern and western medicine or functional and allopathic medicine, to help U.
I know first hand that allopathic/western medicine is a necessity for many aspects of health & disease management, but I also know that it isn’t the only answer, and it doesn’t solve all health problems.
I combine my 11 years of Nursing experience and Functional Medicine for Nurses Continuing Education training to educate people and help them take control over their Health.
Together we will identify and address the root cause(s) of symptoms, and strategize changes in lifestyle & nutrition that are realistic for you and your family.
I want to help U create a plan that works for The Whole U.

MPH, CHES, CHN, INHC: Co-Founder, Health Coach & Holistic Nutritionist
My journey into health and nutrition began early - shaped by painful personal experiences with medical care and later by watching my own family struggle with chronic disease, endless appointments, rising medical bills, and a quality of life that slowly slipped away despite “doing everything right.”
If you’ve ever felt frustrated, overwhelmed, or let down by a system that treats symptoms instead of people, you’re not alone.
Originally on a path toward medical school, I discovered public health and realized something essential: health isn’t just about treating illness. It’s about prevention, education, lifestyle, and the systems we live within. I went on to earn a Master’s in Public Health focused on health promotion and disease prevention, with advanced training in nutrition, exercise physiology, and chronic disease prevention.
What I’ve learned - through both professional training and personal loss - is that there is no single cure or quick fix. Real, lasting change comes from understanding you as a whole person and making sustainable shifts that fit your life.
As co-founder of The Whole U, my mission is to help you build strength, resilience, and better health through informed, compassionate, and personalized guidance that meets you where you are - so you can feel stronger, healthier, and more at home in your body now and for years to come.
If you’re looking for a guide who understands both the science and the human side of health, U are in the right place.
