Our Services

Our approach goes far beyond handing you information and wishing you luck. We empower you to build healthier habits through evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and personalized guidance—meeting you exactly where you are. Through one-on-one coaching, workshops, interactive cooking and grocery demos, and digital resources, we help you address the root causes of chronic disease and create sustainable change.

The goal? A healthier, stronger, happier you.

We also lead supportive group spaces that build community among people with shared goals, because healing is easier when you don’t do it alone. Our role is to guide you toward the tools you already have—and connect you with trusted experts when you need services beyond our scope.

There’s no quick fix or one-size-fits-all solution. Wellness takes a village, and we’re here to be part of yours—helping you move toward whole-person wellbeing, one intentional step at a time.

Nutrition Services

Integrative Nutrition Coaching

Our one-on-one Integrative Nutrition Coaching is built around you—your goals, your body, and your lifestyle. We don’t follow restrictive diets or influencer trends. Instead, we help you create realistic, sustainable nutrition habits that actually fit your life, and support long-term health and well-being.

Together, we’ll work on:

  • Personalized nutrition guidance and meal planning

  • Support for individual or family-based nutrition needs

  • Culinary tips to make healthy meals easier and more enjoyable

  • Understanding how lifestyle factors beyond food affect your health and overall wellness

While food is central to our work, true health goes beyond what’s on your plate. These sessions are holistic in nature and client-led—you remain in control of your decisions, with expert guidance to help you move forward confidently.

Because lasting change takes time, many clients choose to work with us over multiple sessions to support sustainable, long-term progress.

Best for:
Individuals looking for personalized, realistic nutrition support that fits their real life—not a temporary fix.

If grocery shopping feels stressful, confusing, or expensive, you’re not alone. Culinary Nutrition 101 is designed to help you navigate food choices with confidence while building practical skills that make healthy eating more accessible.

This program integrates nutrition science with real-world culinary skills, including:

  • Guided grocery shopping strategies and personalized lists

  • Budget-conscious approaches to healthier eating

We also break down common nutrition buzzwords—like organic vs. conventional, GMO vs. non-GMO, and ultra-processed foods—so you can make informed decisions without second-guessing yourself.

Our goal is simple: to make grocery shopping less stressful, meals more enjoyable, and nutrition feel empowering instead of restrictive.

Best for:
Individuals or families who want practical, confidence-building tools for everyday healthy eating.

Nursing Services

Functional Nurse Consultant

As a Functional Nurse Consultant, I take a personalized, root-cause approach to health and healing. Every client is treated as a whole individual, not a diagnosis. I begin with a thorough intake—listening carefully, asking thoughtful questions, and exploring the why behind your symptoms, not just the symptoms themselves.

Using a functional medicine lens, I look for patterns and connections within the body while honoring that no two people share the exact same path to imbalance. Your story, lifestyle, and experiences matter just as much as test results.

While supplements or short-term interventions may be recommended when helpful, my goal is never to replace prescriptions with supplements. Instead, I focus on restoring balance, resilience, and long-term health through education, lifestyle support, and sustainable change. These services are designed to support—not replace—your primary care or specialty providers.

I also review standard lab work with curiosity and context—looking beyond “normal” ranges—while recognizing that labs alone never tell the full story. True healing happens when data and lived experience are woven together.

This approach empowers you to understand your body, participate actively in your health, and move toward lasting well-being.

Meet one-on-one with a functional medicine–trained nurse to:

  • Identify underlying root causes or "Why" of disease

  • Gain insight into personal and family health history

  • Review and better understand lab work and diagnostic report

  • Strategize options for improving symptoms and long term health goals

  • Clarify symptoms, diagnoses, or treatment recommendations

  • Strengthen your role as an informed, active participant in your care

How This Works

  1. Schedule Your Session
Book a one-on-one  Functional Nurse Consultation.

  2. Share Relevant Information
Before your session, you will be asked to complete an in depth intake assessment, that can take up to 1 hour to complete. This will need to be completed 48 hours prior to your scheduled session for your nurse to provide you with the best care.

  3. Meet One-on-One with the Nurse
Your session is private, unhurried, and focused on education, clarity, and whole-person support.

  4. Leave with Clear Next Steps
You’ll walk away with a better understanding of your health, practical guidance, and questions you can confidently bring to your healthcare providers.
